This TV Series can be viewed each week on WTV's Channel 44 on Thursdays at 8pm from October 18th 2018 for 6 consecutive weeks. Repeats every Saturday at 7:30 pm.

Episode 1 Part 1

Maurizio is at his No Menu Finest Italian 448 restaurant where he cooks a first time ever to be seen on television dish; "KamelRoo" Burgers. Maurizio is joined by Veyis from Kebab Masters in Greenfields. Veyis is a Middle Eastern Cusine expert and knows a few things about camels and how they were a delicacy in the Middle East for thousands of years.

Maurizio invites a panel of experts who have to guess what meats are in his Italian-style Kamelroo burger. They also pair a 3 Rivers Brewing Co. beer to wash it all down.

Episode 1 Part 2

Maurizio is lost in an industrial estate in Greenfields, WA. He is suddenly greeted by Trina Youchak from 3 Rivers Brewing Co. Trina invites him into an unsuspecting bar in a "warehouse". Inside there are people, at a bar, drinking the 3 Rivers delights. 

Maurizio interviews Trina and Partner Mark Rivers who is known as "the Brewfessor" (Mark is an Environmental Scientist). Maurizio goes on to cook his family beer and rabbit recipe and pairs "Tomahawk" beer with a "Tomahawk" steak from Rumps Gourmet Butchers in Meadow Springs.

Episode 2 Part 1

Join Maurizio as he visits Drakesbrook Fine Wines in Waroona (Heart of the Peel Region) where he meets Trish and Bernie Worthington. Maurizio discusses their beautiful collection of wines including Mediterranean varieties while overlooking the beautiful Drakesbrook Winery.

Maurizio then welcomes Vince Borrello from Borrello Cheese to Drakesbrook Fine Wines where Vince discusses how he, his wife Teresa and their family developed their award-winning Italian-style cheeses in Western Australia. Vince and Maurizio go on to pair beautiful wine and perfect Borrello Cheese at this very special location in Waroona.

Episode 2 Part 2

Mandurah Houseboats features in this part as Maurizio arrives at his Murray River destination where he meets Mandurah Houseboat Holidays Owner Alan Hill and his team. Maurizio cooks beautiful smoked Herring from Stan Djordjevic (The Herron Whisperer) and smoked Mullet from Meegan Watts from Wattsies Place in Herron. He also catches and cooks Blue Swimmer Crabs from the Houseboat.

Maurizio disembarks the Mandurah Houseboat to join Leanne Elson, owner of Jetty's Bar & Grill on the Murray River where he meets Chef Yan and tastes his wonderful beef cheeks with a Ferngrove Cab Sav.

Episode 3 Part 1

Join Maurizio Di Ciano as he meets up with the Spud King himself; Tony Galati, owner of Spudshed Fresh Food Market. In this episode Maurizio joins Tony at his Baldivis store and discusses with Tony how he and his family worked very hard to build the Spudshed empire and how they continue to do so. 

Maurizio goes on to cook a special dish dedicated to Tony called "Spudtoni", he also cooks a vegetarian dish with lots of fresh Spudshed vegetable produce. 

Episode 3 Part 2

Maurizio heads down from Baldivis to join the team at Oceanic Bar and Grill, a premier Bar and Grill venue on the beautiful Dolphin Marina in Mandurah. He discovers that Oceanic Bar & Grill is an excellent place to wine and dine the evening away, he also interviews some very satisfied regular customers.

Maurizio meets and interviews David Walters, GM and Grahame Wilson, Venue Manager. He meets Head Chef Jason Hamilton and has a grilling cook-off with him in his very busy kitchen.

Episode 4 Part 1

There's a truffle kerfuffle around this episode segment with Maurizo Di Ciano visiting the Truffle and Wine Co. in Manjimup. We meet Stuart Hutchinson who is a Senior Manager at the the Truffle and Wine Co., Stuart goes truffle hunting with Maurizio and Pansy, Stuart goes on to explain the great success that they enjoy as one of the worlds biggest producers of beautiful Truffles here in Manjimup. 

Maurizio gets to sample some of their excellent wines and he goes on to cook some beautiful dishes that copliment the Truffles and the Wines.

Episode 4 Part 2

Back at Maurizio's No Menu 448 Restaurant we find Dominic and Pam from Harvey Free Range Eggs. Maurizio asks Dominic and Pam to assist him create a childhood favourite.

Maurizio checks out the Perth sensation "Le Vietnam" where DJ Lee, a real Internationally renowned DJ, runs a French Colonial Vietnamese Cafe. Here they cook the famous Banh Mi which is sensational to say the least.

Maurizio also catches up with Tony Castiello from Jingilli Olive Oil and they have a taste test together checking out WA's best Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and perhaps Australia's best EVOO.

Episode 5 Part 1

Duck Maurizio duck! In this episode Chef Maurizo Di Ciano visits Wagin Duck & Game Farm!  We Mark, Leonie and Jos and find out their secrets for producing, organically, WA's fines Duck and Game Meats.

Maurizio gets to see everything from field to plate and cooks some amazing dishes with Wagin Duck & Game Quail and some Chinese inspired Duck.

Episode 5 Part 2

Welcome to the Royal India in Perth! This episode takes you on a jorney of excellent Indian Cuisine. Written by our very own Jon Ring, a lover and cook of Indian food, as he introduces a London inspired dish that he experienced at the Dehli Brasserie in Soho: the Tandoori Lobster, a first for WA TV. 

Chef Maurizio also catches up with the most excellent Chefs that show him their secret recipes including Royal India's Goat Curry and Tandoori Naan. You will also meet Pali, the most hospitable Owner and Artist Beck Tunks.

Episode 6 Part 1

Maurizio Di Ciano visits Canton Bay Chinese Restaurant – one of the best Chinese Fine Dining Restuarants in Western Australia. Chef speaks with Staff and Chefs and learns why Sam Luu's Restaurant has maintained a most excellent reputation for decadent fine dining Chinese Food here in Perth.

Join Chef as you travel on this episode's sensational Culinary journey into superb Chinese cooked Game Meats and Ocean Fayre. An episode that delights the senses. 

Episode 6 Part 2

Join the Food & Wine Trails of Western Australia produced by FWIWA Chairman Jon Ring and WTV as they take you in this last episode with M Princi Butchers in North Perth. 

Chef Maurizio catches up with old friend Pasquale as they discuss the importance of wholesome quality Meat in Western Australia. They have a taste or two of Princi Butcher's beautiful quality Meats.
